also there’s no way that each and every slytherin has a death eater family member that’s just dumb

I always thought that the “Slytherins are evil” stereotype was part of Harry’s simplistic understanding of the world because he’s an 11 year old and Slytherins were the most competitive house. But apparently JK Rowling meant for that to be literally true.
