Hey, to everyone in the notes trying their darndest not to understand the point of the OP: You don’t have to want kids. You don’t even have to like being around kids. But you should not HATE kids or talk about how they’re evil/scum/objects/gross and how you refuse to engage with them and make them feel important or validated if they interact with you.

You people are jumping through all kinds of hoops to avoid the point. If you don’t want to get married and be barefoot and pregnant, that’s fine, no one’s asking you to. We’re just asking you not to be rude to the 6-year-old who smiled at you in Wal-Mart.
