ok, just so we’re clear, these people need to be called out:

• abusers (of any and all kinds)
• pedophiles
• white supremacists
• aka people who are legit scumbags

these people do not need to be called out:

• kids who obviously had no malicious intentions
• people whose only mistake was poor word choice
• people who said crappy things in the past but have clearly changed
• aka people who obviously didn’t mean to hurt anyone

also remember:

WWGRD (what would Gordon Ramsey do)

only yell at older individuals that should know better. educate the kiddos who don’t know their mistakes were even mistakes.

you can describe what went wrong and help them to improve!! but dont condemn them to a life where they cant change, especially when they wanna improve!!!
