• John C. Miller is the president and CEO for Denny’s Corporation. Denny’s is a restaurant chain started in the U.S.
• Denny’s has been known for its active participation in meme culture on Tumblr. For example, back in April 2015, the Denny’s Tumblr made an example of sneme that stated “snurger (snail burger)”. • In response to Denny’s commercialisation of memes, Tumblr user @leviathan-supersystem made a post on 23 April 2017 that called for a new meme to be “John C. Miller ,CEO and President of the Denny’s Corporation, is a
  capitalist running dog and his wealth must be seized and redistributed
  to the people” so as “to see them try to use that for their marketing”.
• Although this may be considered a “forced” meme, it seems to have reached meme status on Tumblr, with many examples of the memes made.
